We can arrange transport. You can fly to Bodø, than take boat or bus to Saltstraumen. Contact us so that we can arrange the transportation for you. From Oslo you can calculate about 2.5 hours in total transport time, from departure at Gardemoen until you are sitting in our Lavvu/tent, and enjoying a cup of coffee.

Transport by boat
Take the boat from Bodø to Saltstraumen. We arrange transportation by boat if desired. Modern high-speed boats with high-convenience or small boats, according to the group size and wishes.
The trip takes about 30 minutes!

Transport by car/ bus
We can arrange or book taxi, minibus or a large bus. But if you want you can travel by the local bus which has regular departures from Bodø. The trip takes about an hour. Economical and comfortable!

Airplane
Bodø Airport is right in the middle of Bodø city. From Gardemoen to Bodø trip takes about 1 hour and 30 min. We can arrange the rest of the transportation to Saltstraumen for you if you want to travel by boat, bus or car.
